01What it is

Passwords is a password manager in Mayfair Cloud. You create a vault passphrase; passwords, authenticator keys, recovery codes, card numbers and notes are encrypted on your device before they are sent, so Mayfair cannot read them.

Who it is for. Anyone who wants one place for logins, cards and codes.

What it does.

  1. 01A vault with Logins, Cards, Wi-Fi, Identities, Bank, Licences, Keys and Notes, and one time codes (TOTP).
  2. 02A password generator and a security check.
  3. 03Import from nine other password managers, and export.
  4. 04Starred items, an archive and a bin.
  5. 05Secrets are encrypted on your device with your vault passphrase (AES-GCM).

The name, website and username of each item are not secret and can be seen by Mayfair staff. There is no autofill or browser extension yet, no passkeys, and no way to recover a forgotten vault passphrase.
