Contacts is an address book in the Mail Suite. It keeps people and companies with a card for everything you know about them, and a reminder for when to get back in touch.

Who it is for. Anyone who keeps in touch with people and companies.

What it does.

  1. 01People and companies in one list, with company cards that show their people.
  2. 02Cards with several emails, phones, addresses, websites, dates, related people, notes and a picture.
  3. 03Follow up reminders and an activity log of notes, calls, meetings and emails.
  4. 04Smart lists such as Favourites, Birthdays and Lost touch.
  5. 05Finds duplicates by email, phone or name and merges them.
  6. 06Imports vCard and CSV, and exports vCard and CSV.

Live. You can use it today.

There is no two way sync with Google, iCloud or Microsoft accounts. Shared address books are not included. Deleted contacts stay in the Bin for 30 days.
