Accessibility statement.
How accessible this website is, and how to report a problem.
Template: to be checked by a solicitor before publishing. Wording in square brackets still needs to be filled in. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
Our aim
The Mayfair Organization wants everyone to be able to use mayfairorg.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Where we are today
This site has not yet been independently audited, so we cannot yet claim full conformance. [Status to be updated after an audit.]
What we have done
- A “Skip to content” link on every page
- Menus that work with a keyboard, including the mega menu and the mobile menu, and that close with the Escape key
- A visible focus outline on links and buttons
- Text and background colours chosen for contrast
- Headings in a logical order, and labels on form fields
- Text descriptions on meaningful images
- Layouts that adapt from large screens down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling
- Animation that is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion
Known limits
- Links from the site to Crello and Mapscout open on a third party site and are not covered by this statement
- Some photographs are decorative and have no text description on purpose
- The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. If they cannot load, a standard font is used instead
